Are you up for The Ultimate Outdoor Fitness Challenge? We're ready to transform YOUR body, mind, and spirit.

The Foothill Boot Camp program is based on hands-on training and diet planning that will help you get into the best shape of your life. Our experienced trainers will motivate you to get you to that next level of strength and flexibility. What makes us so unique is we care. What makes it fun is you never know what you're going to get. Everyday is like an adventure in exercise.

We realize that not everyone will be at the same pace. This is a major advantage for everyone involved. If you start of slow, that's okay. We'll motivate you to try harder. If you're already in great shape, we have plans for you as well. We'll make everyone's workout challenging so you'll see great results no matter your fitness level.

Foothill Boot Camp focuses on basic, but effective means of exercise and we DON'T stick to mundane routines. However, our workouts are planned by the knowledgeable and caring instructors at Foothill Boot Camp.

Collectively, our instructors have over three decades of experience in several forms of exercise, diet and overall fitness.

Our patient, motivating staff will help you get the results you want!

Abdominal Training Agility Drills
Calisthenics Military Style Exercises
Monitoring Daily Nutrition Obstacle Courses
Plyometrics Resistance Tubing/Bands
Running/Jogging Stair Exercises
Stretching Team Relays
Weight Training
